in the morning of May 21st, the Mecha Fighting Ring Competition of the “CMG World Robot Competition • Series Competition” has been officially scheduled and will be held in Hangzhou on May 25th. Unitree Technology will participate in the competition as a partner. About a month ago, Unitree Technology’s official Weibo released a video saying that it has been conducting technical research, development, debugging, and algorithm training for the robots participating in the fighting competition.

It is reported that this competition consists of two parts: the performance competition and the competitive competition. In the performance competition, humanoid robots will challenge and display traditional human sports events – fighting, including multiple links such as single-machine fighting display and group fighting display. In terms of the competitive competition, a total of four participating teams are set up, and they will be operated in real-time by operators from different fields. Through multiple rounds of fighting competitions, the final winner will be determined. The competition will be broadcast live throughout by the CCTV Science and Education Channel of China Media Group.

In addition to the Mecha Fighting Ring Competition, the “CMG World Robot Competition • Series Competition” will also launch events such as the Robot Football Competition and the Robot Basketball Competition.
